    1. HOW DOES IT WORK?

      SriMu offers three tiers of subscriptions as well as single orders. You can choose:

      • Month subscription to receive a SriMu box delivered every month (12 boxes per year)

      • Bi-month subscription to receive a SriMu box delivered every other month (6 boxes per year)

      • Quarterly subscription to receive a SriMu box delivered once every three months (4 boxes per year)

      • One Time Box

      By subscribing, you will be automatically charged based on your frequency and receive a package delivered directly to your door! This is an ongoing subscription until you decide to cancel.

    2. HOW LONG DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION LAST FOR?

      When subscribing to any of the three tiers, you will receive your devotional offering on a recurring basis based on which tier you choose. You will be subscribed until you cancel.

    3. WHERE DOES SRIMU SHIP TO?

      SriMu shipments are currently available in the United States and in Canada.

    4. ARE ALL THE NOT CHEESES VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE, AND ORGANIC?

      Every flavor is 100% plant-based, gluten free (our kitchen is currently not certified for celiac), paleo, and made with mostly organic ingredients. Please note if you have a nut allergy - the main ingredients in the NOT Cheeses are cashews and almonds!

    5. WHAT DO I GET IN THE BOX, CAN I CUSTOMIZE IT?

      Each box comes with an assortment of flavors based on the offering you choose. If you have a customization request, you can email us at dolife@srimu.com and we will do our best to accommodate based on the size of wheels and packaging you are requesting.

    6. HOW LONG DO THE NOT CHEESES LAST?

      The aged wheels will last 20 days after receiving and can be frozen to extend the shelf life. They contain cultures which make them even cheesier with age. Remove the wheels from their SriMu box and store in the fridge. If you keep them wrapped in their parchment in your fridge, they will age and cure and may even develop a rind or some traces of white rind.  This is totally safe to eat. If you do see a rind forming and prefer a milder taste, please cut off the rind and enjoy the milder inside cheese.

      The fresh cheeses in jars, Bonfire and Cloud 9, should be eaten fresh, please note the expiration date on the bottom of the jar.

      Trust us, it won’t take you that long to eat them up!

    7. DO I NEED TO REFRIGERATE THE NOT CHEESES?

      Yes, everything must be removed from the SriMu box and refrigerated as soon as you receive them.

    8. WHEN WILL I GET MY BOX AFTER ORDERING?

      Each wheel is hand-crafted and aged for several weeks. Please allow up to four weeks to receive your heartfelt offering. Ship dates are listed under each product description, please reference this as you place your order. If you would like to know or need to change the date your box is set to ship, please email us at dolife@srimu.com.

    9. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

      Yes, anytime! If your subscription renewed already, you can email us the new address before it ships.

    10. WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS AND WHAT DO THEY TASTE LIKE?

    11. CAN I CANCEL MY RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION?

      Yes, you may cancel your subscription at anytime. Note that if you cancel after your renewal date, you will still be charged and receive your box for that month. Please cancel your subscription before your next charge date. If you cancel afterwards, you will still be sent a box for that month.

    12. CAN I GIFT A BOX OR SUBSCRIPTION TO A FRIEND?

      Indeed! When you checkout, make sure to put your friend’s shipping address and name. Email us if you would like us to include a hand written note.

    13. WHERE ELSE IS SRIMU AVAILABLE?

      We are proud to partner with select retail and restaurant locations. You can find a list of those locations here.

    14. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?

      SriMu ships to all 50 states and Canada. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO, FPO, and AP addresses. Accurate street addresses are needed; SriMu can not replace or refund offerings that are unable to be delivered or sent to an incorrect address. Orders will include an insulated liner and ice packs to keep your NOT cheeses fresh until delivery

    15. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

      Once the courier scans the box, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that SriMu is not notified of shipping delays, damages, or issues after a box leaves our kitchen. If your tracking information shows a delay please reach out to us as soon as possible with your order number to dolife@srimu.com.

    16. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION PROCESS?

      Once an order has been placed, you have committed to receiving a SriMu box. One-time orders may be cancelled on a very select case-by-case basis due to extenuating circumstances. We are a small company immediately begins to craft your order once it is placed. We will not accept any an order cancellation 2 (two) days prior to your scheduled shipment date.

    17. RECEIVING MY ORDER

      It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect packaging and product quality as well as refrigerate the product immediately upon receipt. Due to the perishable nature of our NOT cheeses we are not able to replace or refund orders that have been left outside for a prolonged period of time; this includes orders sent as gifts.

    18. REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS, + RETURNS

      If you have opted in for Route Shipping Insurance: Your order is covered if it is lost, damaged, or stolen. We can either send you a replacement offering or issue you a refund. A claim must be submitted within one week of receiving your order. Please indicate which you would prefer in your email along with your order number.

      If you have opted out for Route Shipping Insurance: We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders. If your offering is damaged, please email us with pictures of the items along with your order number within 24 hours of receiving your box. We will send you a replacement box during our next scheduled shipment. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to offer return shipments.
