Bertie Baguette Sandwich

  • ½ Sourdough Baguette, hard ends cut off
  • 2 Romaine Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 large yellow Heirloom Tomato
  • ¼ wheel SriMu Bertie, sliced into thin wedges
  • ¼ small Red Onion, thinly sliced into rounds
  • Broccoli or Sprouts of choice
  • Pinch of Salt
  • ¼ tsp Cracked pepper
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

  1. Slice the baguette in half, length ways.
  2. Spread a layer of mustard on the bottom slice.
  3. Add the lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, onion slices, SriMu Bertie, salt, pepper, olive oil, and sprouts.
  4. Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy.
