Bertie Baguette Sandwich
- ½ Sourdough Baguette, hard ends cut off
- 2 Romaine Leaves
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 large yellow Heirloom Tomato
- ÂĽ wheel SriMu Bertie, sliced into thin wedges
- ÂĽ small Red Onion, thinly sliced into rounds
- Broccoli or Sprouts of choice
- Pinch of Salt
- ÂĽ tsp Cracked pepper
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- Slice the baguette in half, length ways.
